Bart Luscious is responsible for customer communications, customer relations, and sales. With his many years of successful entrepreneurial experience and his expertise in establishing and maintaining customer relationships, he contributes to mutual business success and company growth.
In particular, his in-depth business experience and entrepreneurial expertise enable him to combine development work with the establishment of long-term business relationships that are profitable for our customers and our company.

Oliver Mark is responsible for our customers’ transformation processes, as well as the relevant areas of our company with all locations and the holding company of our group.
With over 30 years of experience in strategic technology leadership in the transformation of companies for the successful implementation of organizational and cultural changes, he accompanies the entire corporate structure on the way to a new target operating model, optimizes the infrastructure, and drives digital innovation.
He is an expert in leading complex technology transformations, managing company-wide IT strategies, and building high-performance teams, both locally and for the remote requirements of global corporations worldwide.

Chief Information Officer
Dag Fremgen is responsible for information, information processing, and the efficient interaction of our company’s technological systems with all company locations. He plans the flow of information and data storage, taking data protection and data security into account, as well as the development of the systems involved.
In addition, he advises on customer projects in the area of information technology requirements, particularly with regard to the introduction, operation, and optimization of technical solutions (including ERP, CRM, and ticketing).
Thanks to his broad professional experience, he has in-depth technical expertise ranging from basic to cutting-edge technologies, understands how they interact in practice, and knows how to orchestrate them in an optimal and targeted manner.
