In order to realize the vision of a functioning and successful group of companies supporting businesses, people, animals, and the environment, a holding company structure was developed and subsidiaries were established or integrated. This required overall entrepreneurial efforts to build up multiple companies, as well as the design of structures for the subsidiaries so that they could be integrated into the group divisions. The structures of the group were supplemented by business processes, a comprehensive marketing concept was developed and implemented, and structures for the growth of the consortium were created and laid down in partner and membership agreements. The marketing concept was designed in such a way that companies in different constellations could contribute services and, conversely, make use of them and, depending on their needs, operate more closely or more loosely within the group of companies and present themselves to customers. In addition, all the necessary legal and organizational requirements were implemented that were necessary in the various countries in which the consortium operates.
