For a premium IT service provider, it was necessary to package services on the basis of recurring customer requirements in order to enable a structured and targeted offering in future customer business on the one hand and to achieve a higher margin through reuse and on the basis of successful services from the past on the other. To this end, an order analysis and needs-based packaging of the appropriate services into service offerings was developed and branding for these service packages was carried out.
